We're thrilled to share that our portfolio company, Aim Security, has raised $18M in Series A funding, just four months after exiting stealth! Led by Canaan Partners, with participation from YL Ventures, this round brings Aim’s total funding to $28M and will fuel their mission to enable secure GenAI enterprise adoption.

Congratulations to our portfolio company Eureka Security on its acquisition by market leader Tenable! Tenable will embrace Eureka’s vision for Data Security through their innovative DSPM platform, helping customers identify cloud data risk.

Justin Somaini, Partner, YL Ventures

"It’s crucial to recognize that large companies take 5-7 years to figure out if a problem or a solution set has marketability or traction. CISOs, however, can't afford to wait that long. They rely on startups that can provide quicker solutions to their problems. But with millions of startups out there, CISOs don’t have the time to find the right one. Building relationships with VCs that focus on cybersecurity provides the direct line to the innovation they need. One of the biggest things I do today is reach out to CISOs and give them visibility into the innovation that we see."
