Q1 2019 ended with a bang! Our portfolio company Axonius, a cybersecurity asset management platform, raised a $13M Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors YL Ventures, Vertex Ventures, WTI and Emerge VC. In addition, Axonius won the prestigious RSA Conference Innovation Sandbox Contest and was named the 2019 Most Innovative Startup!

Continuing this momentum is our portfolio company Medigate, the first dedicated medical device security platform, which announced $15M in Series A funding led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), with participation from existing investors YL Ventures and Blumberg Capital.

During RSA Conference, we had the pleasure of hosting a private cocktail reception together with TenEleven Ventures and Momentum Cyber.  Over 400 attendees, including both Israeli cybersecurity entrepreneurs and U.S. experts from our broad network, joined us in San Francisco. "The solution space in cybersecurity is heavily diluted at the moment, so when a new vendor is trying to position itself in the beginning, it will require much more than buzz-words and slick marketing to gain the attention of an experienced security leader. You must very precisely convey how your solution differentiates and what problems it aims to solve. The most basic problems are still not solved so the nice-to-have must really be impactful to take away the focus from the need-to-have".
